Please note that some products sold in our store are made to order or produced specifically after an order is placed.

This means that we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for made-to-order items unless they are defective or incorrect.

3. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

We may request photographic evidence to assess the issue. If the claim is approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
